Become the AI leader your business needs.

The Building Your Org Brain Accelerator helps you turn what your organization knows into governed memory any AI can read — and no AI can own. Eight weeks with Chris Kincade. You finish with a working Org Brain, an AI Chief of Staff, and the credential that names your role in the intelligence age.

Building Your Org Brain — Cognitive Design Accelerator
Chris Kincade
Led by Chris Kincade
Who this is for

Built for the leaders becoming Chief Intelligence Officers.

This is a leadership credential, not a tutorial. The strongest fit is a senior leader at an established business who has already experimented with AI and hit the wall where it stops scaling past you.

A fit if you are
  • A founder, CEO, or operator at a mid-market or established business — 10+ years of operational knowledge worth codifying.
  • A CIO, COO, or strategy lead who wants to own AI governance instead of being governed by it.
  • Already running ChatGPT, Claude, or custom GPTs — and frustrated they only work when you're the one driving.
  • Protective of your IP. You don't want your proprietary knowledge training someone else's model.
  • Committed to 6–10 hours a week for eight weeks. This produces a real artifact, not a certificate.
Not yet, if
  • ×You're looking for an intro-to-AI course. Start with our AI Guide instead.
  • ×You want a vendor to install AI for you. The whole point is that you build the architecture.
  • ×You're solo, pre-revenue, or fewer than two years in. There's not enough institutional memory to codify yet.
  • ×You're hoping AI will replace people. Cognitive Design is about humans and machines governing the same knowledge.
  • ×You can't carve out the time. Eight weeks is the minimum to do this honestly.
What we solve

AI that works for your whole team — not just for you.

You've run the pilots. Built the custom GPTs. Stuffed system prompts with company context. It works — but only for you. The problem isn't the model. It's that your organization has no shared memory the AI can read.

The artifact you build

Org Brain

A sovereign, plain-text repository with permanent semantic addresses — structured so any AI can read it and no AI can own it. Lives in Notion or Google Docs. Portable across Claude, GPT, or Gemini.

The discipline you learn

Cognitive Design

Lean's process optimization + Design Thinking's human-centered innovation + a third system for executive function. The result is an architecture where humans and machines govern the same knowledge on the same terms.

The role you earn

System Librarian

The gateway credential for the intelligence age. Every AI-native organization needs one. Most don't know it yet.

Organizational intelligence network
In 8 weeks you walk away with

A working intelligence system. Not a certificate.

Four artifacts, all yours, all portable. Every outcome below is something you produce and present — not material you consume.

Drive the AI

An AI Chief of Staff loaded with your strategy, brand voice, and competitive position — that aligns every output to you.

Artifact · Starling OS install

Protect your IP

A sovereign repository of your codified knowledge. Portable across vendors. Your SLA can preclude data training.

Artifact · Plain-text Org Brain

Commit 8 weeks

One sprint to establish information sovereignty — a breakthrough architecture you can hand to your team in minutes, not months.

Credential · System Librarian

Domain Language Model

An LLM turned into a DLM — it loads your brand cognate when you ask about voice, your market cognate when you ask about position.

Artifact · Claude / GPT / Gemini ready

Governance you can defend

The rules for what enters canon, what gets versioned, what gets retired — so your AI stays aligned as your business evolves.

The architecture

Four memory tiers. Semantic addressing.

Starling OS provides the system memory and routing logic. Sequential installers adapt your values, SOPs, and playbooks into governed memory your AI reads by name.

Starling OS

Turn an LLM into a Domain Language Model.

Load Starling OS into a Claude Project and the AI becomes a governed Chief of Staff. The SMNs tell it how memory works in your organization — what's built, what's missing, how to route a question, what governance applies. Ask about competitive positioning, it loads your market cognate. Ask about brand voice, it loads your brand positioning.

A new way to learn

AI-guided learning. Human-guided mastery.

The materials don't wait for the schedule. You get the full Starling System Library on day one. Weekly sessions with Chris aren't a requirement — they're the fastest way to get it right.

01Read

Read the installer

Each week focuses on one installer. Human narrative on one side, machine-executable framework on the other.

02Converse

Run it with Starling

Starling OS guides a structured conversation that produces real organizational memory — not summaries, not notes.

03Codify

Add to canon

Review the output. Refine it. Add it to your Org Brain. Weekly group sessions with Chris accelerate mastery.

From cohort builders

What founders say after they ship.

We made more progress in 2 days with Org Brain than we did in two years on ChatGPT. We suddenly had an operating system that could provide everybody with the same logic and context.
Tristan Guilbeault
CEO, Wrks Online
Starling forced me to dig into some fundamentals I hadn't ever fully defined — in 12 years in business. It was a growth experience, and now I can think about legacy.
Jamie Sullivan
Founder, The Truffle Box
I can hand someone my Org Brain and they understand Sakrid in minutes, not months. After, my AI knew my business structurally — competitive position, revenue architecture, brand, all of it.

FAQ

Questions executives ask before they apply.

Every session is recorded with Fathom recaps, including searchable transcripts and key decisions. The materials don't wait for the schedule — you have the full Starling System Library on day one. The weekly sessions accelerate mastery, but you set your own pace.
No. Your Org Brain lives in plain text — Notion or Google Docs. If you can write a strategy doc, you can codify a memory node. The discipline is in the thinking, not the tools.
Claude Projects and Claude Teams are the recommended runtime today. The Org Brain is portable to GPT or Gemini the same day you decide to switch — that's the entire point of the sovereign architecture. If Anthropic changes terms tomorrow, your knowledge isn't trapped.
Most courses teach you to use AI. This teaches you to govern it. You don't pass a test — you present a working system: your Org Brain answering your business's questions in your voice, telling you which memories are missing, and proving your value architecture is real.
Your Org Brain is yours. It lives in your Notion or Google Docs, under your account. Once it's live, you can run Claude Teams or Enterprise without Project Memory, with an SLA that specifically precludes data training or storage. The architecture is sovereign by design.
Plan on 6–10 hours per week: one live cohort session, one or two installer runs with Starling, and time to refine and codify the output. Eight weeks is the minimum honest timeline to produce a real, presented Org Brain.
Book a 30-minute introduction call with Chris. He'll confirm fit, answer specifics about your business, and walk through what Cohort 1 will look like. If it's a fit, you secure your seat. Cohorts are capped at 10–15 to keep the conversation honest.
Cohort 1 is the founding cohort and locks in the founding Mastermind rate. Cohort 2 is planned for fall 2026 at standard pricing. Plugging In Your Smart Org launches Summer 2026 for Cohort 1 graduates; Governing Your DLM launches Fall 2026.
